How does Pollen work?

Pollen’s Liquidation Management System (LMS) enables brands to list inventory for liquidation, view offers, and accept offers quickly and easily.

Lots for liquidation will appear on Pollen Direct (our guided private B2B marketplace), or Pollen Mart (our self-service bulk purchase platform). Lots are only visible to Pollen Pass members (buyers who have been vetted by Pollen), who will then be able to make offers for listings.

Yes, Pollen leverages the power of technology to enable sustainable liquidation anywhere in the world.

Can I liquidate on Pollen as well as other channels, or is there an exclusivity contract?

Pollen offers brands additional sales channels for excess inventory, and we do not restrict brands from listing inventory on other platforms.

Are the buyers on Pollen's platforms legit and trustworthy?

Yes. Pollen allows only verified buyers to access listings and make offers through our Pollen Pass program.

What are the Incoterms?

All listings on Pollen's platforms are Ex Works.

Can I restrict liquidation and resale locations?

Sellers can limit listing availability to geographies of their choice via PollenOS.

What are the fees involved in liquidating via PollenOS?

Pollen takes a commission on successful transactions.
